POSITION RECRUITMENT: SUPERVISION OF AGENTS AND DISTRIBUTORS

JOB DESCRIPTION:
– Search for new customers who are distributors and agents to expand the domestic market.
- Care, maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Negotiate with customers and promote contract signing.
- Monitor and urge the contract implementation process, delivery support and debt recovery support.
- Research, market research and competitor policies.
– Report daily work at the request of the department head.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
– Education level: Graduated from high school/college/university majoring in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics… or related disciplines.
– Experience of 1 year or more.
- Honesty, hard work, responsibility.
– Ability to work independently or in groups, feel and grasp the psychology of partners and customers.
– Negotiation skills, persuading customers, solving problems, synthesizing reports and working under high pressure.
– Willing to go to work
– Age 26 or older
